A:  Your order will be shipped out in 24-48 hours.  Excluding weekends and holidays.  Wholesale orders are shipped with-in 14 days of order. 

Q:  Does River Valley Candle Company offer wholesale accounts?

A:  Yes we do!  On the main page you can click on the wholesale button above the search field in the top right side of the page.  You can sign up for a wholesale account there.  River Valley Candles only offers wholesale accounts to businesses with a valid tax number.   

Q:  What should I know about burning candles safely?

A:  The biggest thing I can't stress enough is to always keep your wicks trimmed at 1/4 inch.  Not only is this safer it also helps prevent black smoke and increases burn time.  Never put candles on or next to wood, fabric or anything else that might be combustible.  Burn candles maximum 3-4 hours at a time.  Never ever leave a candle burning in an unoccupied room.  Also keep candles out of drafty areas, and never burn candles around small children or any sort of pet.  Use your common sense when burning candles. 

Candles are a great part of any home decor, when they are burned correct and safely.

Q:  Is sales tax added to my order?

A:  Orders shipped to a Wisconsin address are charged sales tax.
