River Valley Candle Company Fundraising Program is a great way for your organization to raise money. It is easy and very effective! People love supporting groups that sell candles to raise money for a good cause!
How it Works
Read this page and make sure that you have all your questions answered before you sign up for the candle fundraising program. If you have additional questions please contact us through the "CONTACT US" button at the top of this page.
River Valley Candle Company provides all of the necessary sales books, order forms, pictures, and scent descriptions. We will also provide you with one free 5oz Sugar Cookie Sample scent. Sales are dramatically increased when you can provide samples.
Since we can't feasibly send more than one free sample product to everyone, we have designed a special deal just for our fundraisers. You can purchase a 6-Pack 5oz Sample Pack for $31.99 (Savings of $9.95). All you have to do is select (6) 5oz candles of any scent, and place them in the shopping cart. Then enter the code FUND23765 in the coupon box. That’s it!
It is not required to purchase anything to sign up for the fundraising program. We want to make that clear, but like we said before people will buy more if you provide samples for them to smell.
You then sell the candles for a 2-3 week period on average, with all monies being collected at the time of sale. All payments are made to you not River Valley Candle. You also should collect payment immediately, which avoids any over ordering or nonpayment from the consumer. Shipping is free on orders of 50 candles or more. Orders of less than 50 candles/items require a $0.60 per item shipping fee.

At the end of the fundraising you call River Valley Candle Company with total orders for each scent and size. We will immediately begin processing the order. After calling us with the final order tallies you then mail us the completed order forms, in the pre-paid envelope we provide you. It may take up to 10-21 days depending on the size of order and time of year.
Once we receive final payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, or Cleared Check), we will ship orders to you. Orders will be separated according to each customer’s individual order. This will save you time, and make orders easier to distribute.
The minimum order is 12 candles. The minimum order can be of any size and/or scent combination.
Whether your group is 5 people or 5,000 we will work with you to help you raise the money you need.
